Excellent sales person and service

Great experience!! Nice people, great car!

Worse experience with the HONDA Brand and RICK CASE. When I first purchased my vehicle I had given the dealer 5 stars because of how the sales rep treated my family and I and how he made the entire process seamless and easy. However since then (1.5 years later) I have had nothing but problems with my HONDA ODYSSEY from roof leak, bad battery, cracking sound system, recall after recall, cracking while driving and the list goes on. My most recent experience was after they serviced several problems the vehicle had I made it home to realize their were covers that were left in my trunk that they forgot to put back on. NIGHTMARE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The staff was really nice and helpful, and the guy that helped me took his time to explain everything in detail and made sure we were satisfied with the purchase.

I had a great experience at Rick Case Honda in Weston. Ray (my sales guy) was awesome, took me right to the car I talked about and made it east, showed me the car and all the features. Tony and Howard were the ones who helped me get financed and in to my new Accord! These guys were awesome from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

.. too bad i cannot rate below 1 star. Went to take the car in a minor adjustment, they did work not authorized which i had to pay. In top of it, it seems that they left the fog lights on and drained the battery. When we went in to pick up the car the next day, they have called the tow truck. We were lucky to have arrived minutes before tow truck, otherwise they would have taken it god knows where. At a time when so.many businesses are going under, the only ones worth taking my money are those who care for their customers.

I love Rick Case. They help us upgrade our car and it is amazing. They work with us to give us the best deal.
