Took forever with my order. It was suppose to be a christmas gift, ordered on Dec 13,2022 but I got a month later.

The two non-custom shirts were so stiff and scratchy - just terrible quality. “Because of licensing issues” they can’t refund me. They can give me a credit minus the shipping costs. It was way too much trouble. I would not order from them again.

I ordered for Xmas and was promised 12/21 shipping date. It came very late into January. Never again!

Hi David, Greetings! We checked your order. We are sorry that it did not arrive before Xmas but it was a special order item with a longer time frame that was ordered right before the Xmas holiday. We did not promise Xmas delivery for this item. However, it was fulfilled on January 4th 2023, not late January. shipping is SLOW. but the worst is the sizing. I wear a large. the first shirt was L but was actually a Med size. so I gave the shirt away and ordered the same shirt in an XL. still too small. I will NEVER order from RockMerch again and I diss them to whoever will listen

Shirts took 45 days at least to get here. And customer feedback is super slow and never get specific answers

HI Peter! While we appreciate all reviews, yours is not accurate. You placed your order on January 22, which is about three weeks ago, not 45 days. Your first shirt was fulfilled five days after you placed the order and the special order items were shipped on our end two weeks ago as the tracking in your account shows. Items sometimes take a bit longer to get to international destinations, such as Canada. We note that on each product page. Good quality shirts just a bit off when it comes to size consistency. We order two youth size 13-14 shirts and they are definitely not the same size. One fits my son, the other would fit a medium sized adult...

I was sent the wrong shirt by mistake I was said it would be corrected or refunded I have been ignored and ripped off. I have called and emailed multiple times. Very unhappy with your company !
