Girl friend loves her tee, still waiting for mine. Will look over the inventory and order a few more tee's in the near future.

Poor customer service and took forever to get the shirt. Won't buy there again.

You take a ridiculous amount of time to ship merchandise.

If I were to base this on the shirt alone it would be 4.5 But there is NO communication. And it took longer than I expected. I honestly gave up and thought I had lost my money, but my husband loved his shirt which is all that mattered 🤷♀️

Hi Jessica, Thank you for the review. The post office has been very slow lately. Hopefully, the next time you order it will go much faster! Best regards, RockMerch

Shirts were as expected but it took nearly a month for them to arrive

Catalog and marketing are great, but availability and ability to communicate about why this order has not arrived was poor.

Hi William, Your Rolling Stones shirt was delivered in January and your Led Zeppelin shirt was refunded since unfortunately it was unavailable due to circumstances out of our control. We have been updating you. Please check your junk/spam mail. Please come back and give us another try! RockMerch

The shirt quality was good. Shipping took forever. I live in the same state and received packages ordered from the east coast at the same time way faster than from this vendor. I suspect my order was just sitting for weeks before it was processed. Probably would order again but know in advance it will take a long time to get.

Hi Wesley, Thank you for your patience with that order! Please note that some of the items on the website are special order and custom just for you and these take a bit longer. These are noted in the title and description. We do appreciate your thoughtful review. Seems like most reviews are either 5s or 1s when the customer is the slightest bit unhappy. That you gave us a neutral rating for the situation is very appreciated. Hope to see you on the site again soon! RockMerch 🤘
