I ordered 3 items. Got the one really fast, but the other 2 I waited almost 2 months for and didn’t get an update until I reached out. Not sure I would order from here again or recommend.

Hi Cassy, We took a look at your order and it shows delivered on January 15th. Carriers were slow around the holidays but not two months slow. I am sure it felt that long, though. In any case, they are much faster now so if you order again, we are sure you will get your order right away. We are the best so if you don't order from us again you'll be missing out :-) Warm regards, RockMerch 🤘

My package came over two months after I ordered it (about 1.5 months after the estimated arrival). The quality of the shirt is great I just wish it could have come on time.

Hi Asha, Thanks for the review! We looked up your order and tracking shows it was delivered in mid-January so maybe the post office misdelivered it and then it got re-routed, etc. Well at least you like the shirt! Thank you for your patience! If you order again, I am sure it won't take anywhere close to that amount of time to get to you! Best regards, RockMerch 🤘

Very unfriendly return policy. I do not recommend.

Got myself an AC/DC tee and was very happy with the quality of the shirt and the flaming hot graphics. Shirt was delivered quicker than expected too. Have gotten a couple of items from RockMerch before and will definitely check them out again. Excellent merch, great value and quick service.

Made a purchase February 18th and have still not received my purchase. Have sent e-mails but had no response.

Hi Derek, FYI, based on your provided order number, you did not order from us. There is another company with a similar name that you probably ordered from. We are RockMerch.com based in Laguna Hills, CA. I would contact them regarding your purchase. Best Regards, RockMerch.com

We have purchased many items for ourselves from Rock Merch, and it has become our go to for gifts for our music-loving friends. The merchandise is high quality. Most shipments have been received on the estimated delivery date.

Awful customer service. I never received the two shirts I bought as Christmas presents. They had taken weeks to ship and though the ship date when ordering said before Christmas arrival, they were shipped late. I contacted their customer service to inquire and they said it's not their problem once it ships. No effort whatsoever. $60 dollars gone and two Christmas presents that never were given.

Hi Lizzy, We ae sorry that you experienced issues with your order delivery time. The shipping carriers were way behind over the holidays impacting some orders. Unfortunately that was out of our control. Virtually all of our orders get delivered with no issues and your situation was an exception. We hope you give us another try. If you order for the holidays again, we suggest ordering in early November. Best regards, RockMerch
