Dear Customer, There are very few sites on the web that offer genuine official band merchandise and, of those, we offer the greatest selection and best customer service. We noted on the site that your order was a special order and we would have been happy to refund it for you, even though you placed a special order, had you requested it but per our policy you cannot keep it and also request a refund. Sometimes getting something that is genuine and high quality, especially when it is custom ordered just for you, can take a while, but it's worth it. Hi EA, The items you ordered were noted as Special Order on the website. To the best of our knowledge, we have the largest source of actual Official Rock Merchandise on the planet (More than 50,000 Products!) and some of it takes a while to obtain which we tell our customers up front right in the product name and description. We refunded you for the item that we could not provide to you, but that was unfortunately out of our control. As you can see, we stand behind every order 100%. As the customer, you can certainly give us whatever review you like, but we don't think the rating you gave us fits the actual circumstances of your order. Dear Customer, We reviewed your order. It was a special order as noted on the website and shipped well within the time frame of special orders, so it was actually delivered early. We sent you an email with a tracking number. Possibly it went to your junk folder? We hope we see you here again. There are a lot of merch sites online but very few that actually ship official merchandise as we do. In some cases it may take a while to receive legitimate merchandise and we believe it's worth the wait for our customers to own official goods.
