Update: I recommend calling their customer service number (701-670-8388) with any issues with your order. Once I got someone on the phone, their customer service and help fixing the issue was friendly, quick, and understanding. Unfortunately, I didn't find that number at first, and an online order had not shipped after 4 weeks. The people over the phone were really helpful in renewing the order and getting it shipped immediately. I wish I knew about the number earlier. I wouldn't recommend using any email addresses or using their website chat feature, as these failed to get me any helpful replies. I would give 5 stars on behalf of the individual I spoke to on the phone & her manager; however, I feel that Scheels as a whole is a bit too disorganized in the other functions and features. The product was in excellent condition.

Mason in the men’s shoe dept. was on it! Helping multiple customers at once running back and forth with sizes. He made eye contact; said thank you when I brought him shoes back to put up. He asked if I needed anything else and he moved fast.

It was a great experience, just a lot a people due to grand opening. I will be definitely coming back.

I ordered a Work Sharp Pro Knife Sharpener and had an issue with the order when it arrived. I contacted Customer Service and talked to Abby in Fargo, and explained the problem and what I thought would be a good solution. She got right back to me with a different, yet very acceptable, solution. I want to commend her for having such a cheerful nature, for her good listening skills, her efficiency, and expediency. The world needs more Abbys!

(Revised) Even though a bat I ordered was delivered late and though I received no confirmation email with my purchase, the company was good about trying to make things right (once they received my complaint). They gave me a gift card to make up for the late delivery.

I have been a customer of the Scheel's in Overland Park, KS since they opened. During that time, I have spent over $15,000 in the store. Until today, my experiences have been good and I enjoyed doing business with them. Today, however, wipes up all of the good experiences. I was in the gun department, and the employee that decided to "Help” me was rude and condescending. I was embarrassed the way he was talking to me, and other customers, just stood there shaking their heads. I decided the best thing was to leave the store. I have enjoyed working with them in the past, but this was over the top. Update - I was contacted by customer service and they handled the situation appropriately. Professional and understanding.

Always great delivery with Scheels. Would be five stars but was delivered to the wrong house. Thankful for honest people down the street with very close address. Not Scheels fault cause your always Great!
