Scheels is my number ONE sporting goods store. I've been there three times since they recently opened up and it will take more visits to truly see all they have. Their gun and knife sections alone beat ANY other store out there. Their staff have been wonderful to me. I have no complaints, just compliments.

Soren's customer service was outstanding! I've worked in the service industry for many years and my husband still does, we know how important customer service is to any business! Scheels is fortunate to have Soren working with them! Thank you Soren for making our shopping experience successful ! Dan and Karolynne

Been purchasing equipment including golf and fishing from Scheels for years now. A+ customer service, product always arrives as expected in the mail. Warranties on broken fishing rods have been used to replace them, and Scheels has always made it a swift process.
