I paid $100+ for a comprehensive research analysis. The work is complete but your platform has a critical bug preventing file downloads. Error: "Failed to execute json on Response: Unexpected end of JSON input"_I cannot access ANY of my paid deliverables. This is unacceptable.

Scispace is a great tool for students and researchers that help summarizing research articles and published data in an efficient reliable way. I am very happy to see references used for the results unlike other AI tools which can make up info without having solid references. Highly recommend.

I found a lot of information in the response, with very useful and verifiable reference summaries. What I don't like, and what makes me reconsider, is that my subscription is penalized compared to improvements. Other AI services implement services while maintaining the same subscription throughout the year. Here, it seems that improvements require higher costs throughout the year, and this doesn't seem like a good choice compared to your competitors.

can you explain why I cannot sign in and why it is loading so slowly?

Fast answer! Due to low usage, I am canceling my annual subscription, but your kind response has made me hopeful that this service will improve in the future. See you again!
