Good customer service

Excellent support! The app is very easy to use and makes the whole writing process much smoother and more confident.

I had a great experience with SciSpace’s support team. I accidentally subscribed to the annual plan when I only meant to choose the monthly one. I contacted support right away, and they responded quickly and professionally. They helped switch my plan to the $20 monthly subscription and arranged a refund for the remaining balance without any hassle. The process was clear, smooth, and much less stressful than I expected. Really appreciate how understanding and efficient their customer service was. Great support makes a big difference!

Ease of use. Refund for my account that I didn't cancel.
