AWFUL I spent 3 hours and over 3000 credits and got nothing in return. The support told me I should restart in a new window to finish my task and not to waste credits. I wasted 3 hours, and I got nothing back. It is a bad Ai, chatgpt is better.

I am very happy using SciSpace for my research. The AI features are incredibly helpful for conducting Systematic Literature Reviews. What makes this company stand out even more is their customer service. When I had an issue with an unexpected credit deduction, the support team resolved it very quickly and fairly refunded my credits. They were professional, transparent, and very helpful. I highly recommend SciSpace to any researcher looking for a reliable and supportive AI tool.
