SHHHOWERCAP® is an established, industry-leading e-commerce brand operating at scale, fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders. With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page. The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack. We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist. As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved. While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms. This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure. The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are.It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not.We have been in business for a decade. For eight of those years — while generating millions in revenue and fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders — our Trustpilot presence reflected fewer than ten total reviews. The sudden surge of approximately 300 reviews aligns directly with the moment we enforced our patent and intellectual property rights against an accused knockoff of our female-founded invention. We have operated with integrity since day one. That has not changed. We will continue doing the wor

We're so glad you feel that way! We can't say we've always been PERFECT but we certainly try and have learned from the circumstances to make us a better, stronger, company moving forward. We appreciate the vote of confidence and continued support. SHHHOWERCAPs for everyone!

I placed this order in December 2022. I tried for months to cancel and obtain a refund due to ridiculous delays. I tried to get a response from the company for months, and never got one. 16 months later I received the product. I can't support this company or its product. The only way I can initiate a return is via email. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for action. Terrible Customer Experience All Around--and the product simply isn't worth it.

Hi, Carrie - we're sorry your order was impacted by the events of last year and happy your SHHHOWERCAP made its way home to you. You can return online with a printed pre-paid label or drop it off at a mailbox manually. Whatever works for you!

Ordered products in November. Was totally ghosted and received no communication from the company until the package arrived in March, ~4 months after the original order. Terrible communication with no updates on product status

Took them 2 years and multiple emails and phone calls to receive my one little shower cap! But they took my money right away. It’s a scam, the cap was cheap material!

We're glad you got it! Sorry it took so long. Cheap is one thing we'll never be - but, we get it! Its high expectations and we strive to meet them every time. Give us another shot in the future now that things are back to normal.

I need an option for ZERO Stars! SHHHOWERCAP is the Poster Child of CONSUMER FRAUD. I am one of many customers who have paid money for a product they have NEVER received. I placed an order and paid almost $300 *Nov 2022*!!!…Still nothing. The Founder messaged me and many others to say shipments were on the way…or promised refund several times with last communication promising delivery Sept 2023. Lies. Almost 2yrs later from original order- NOTHING. STAY AWAY.

Hi! We've requested more information so we can look into your order. Standing by to help! *** All impacted orders have been shipped so please note if you have not received tracking or goods by this time it most likely that your order was cancelled last year due to a chargeback, refund processed, or refund request in writing to our team. We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that kept you waiting.

I like the cap, durable, and love I can wash it. I think it’s sad it takes so long before processing order. Not sure if that can be fixed. Thank you, Tina

Hi, Tina! Thanks for the positive feedback on our patented innovation. The shipping issue was a small pocket of customers during a challenging and complicated moment in time. But, we're on the other side of it now and back to normal - like we've shipped hundreds of thousands of orders since 2015! Sending you a little something to give us another try this year. xxoo

I ordered these for the holidays and just got them, it is May. They are extremely expensive for what they are. They are not big enough for my daughter who has a lot of hair.
