SHHHOWERCAP® is an established, industry-leading e-commerce brand operating at scale, fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders. With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page. The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack. We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist. As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved. While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms. This is not a reflection of our business. It is a consequence of platform failure. The continued visibility of inaccurate and manipulated reviews is materially harming our company and misrepresenting who we are.It also impacts customers directly — creating confusion and undermining trust where it should not.We have been in business for a decade. For eight of those years — while generating millions in revenue and fulfilling hundreds of thousands of orders — our Trustpilot presence reflected fewer than ten total reviews. The sudden surge of approximately 300 reviews aligns directly with the moment we enforced our patent and intellectual property rights against an accused knockoff of our female-founded invention. We have operated with integrity since day one. I am obsessed with Shhhowercap! I’ve been using their products for years and cannot get enough. I have one in each bathroom for myself, for visitors and even one for when I travel. They’re so durable and help me keep my hair fresh with my on the go lifestyle.

I have curly hair, this shower cap smash’s my hair so I may as well just wash it. I cannot use this!

Hi, Robin! We're sorry to hear this and want you to love it like so many of our curly girls. Try this for best fit on large volume hair: Pull your hair in a low pony or bun and be sure to scoop your SHHHOWERCAP up and over from back to front. Secure the grip on your forehead where it feels comfortable. That usually does the trick! If it doesn't - we're happy to accept a return within our 90 day no questions asked return policy.

I placed the order for this cap on December 9th, 2022. I thought that I would receive the cap by December 25, 2022. However, Christmas came and went and there was no cap. I inquired to customer service via email, which is the only way to contact this company. Initially I received no correspondence. One month then two months go by and I have inquired to customer service again. This time I repeatedly kept getting automated replies. ultimately by May or June 2022 I basically gave up trying to reach out to see if I could get a refund for my order which was $50. All of a sudden on September 1, 2022 I received an email from an actual individual. In that email, it was relayed to me that I would receive my cat by September 30 or I would get a full refund. September 30 came and went, and there was no cap delivered to me and there was also no refund. I then inquired to customer service or replied to that same email to ask about my refund and I was assured that my cap would come. By December I had told the company to forget my order and not reach out to me via email anymore. All of a sudden on April 4, I was notified that my cap would be delivered on April 9. and on April 9, 2000 2416 months after it was originally ordered out of nowhere the cap showed up. So the only positive thing out of all of this is that after 16 months the company actually did deliver the product. However, I think that the company needs to actually look at themselves and explain to me everything that they did wrong, they did everything that they did, and what they are going to do in the future to make sure that this happens to no other customers.

Hi, Gregory! Thank you for this feedback. We hear you. We're so sorry that your order was impacted by the events of last year and our competitor's nefarious behavior and we're happy to hear that the SHHHOWERCAP team was able to resend you the Original patented product after all that time to make it right. We're dedicated to doing this with anyone who was impacted by the ongoing issues. Happy to see so many resolved customers while we worked to where we are today - which is the other side and looking to a bright future! We've learned a lot from the situation and made positive changes for next phase of our business. We look forward to servicing you with timely shipments and great product for years to come. Thhhanks again!

I have bought at least 6 shower caps from #shhhowercap over the past many years. I use mine almost every single day, and has been one of the best gifts for that woman who has everything. The company seemed to disappear for awhile, but I am happy to say they are back. 😁👍🏻 I just received my new shower cap, “The Wish”, and I’m so excited! Trust me, once you use this shower cap you will never use anything else. It fits well, dries quickly, and the design choices are great. I highly recommend.
