With that volume, occasional operational issues can occur under normal circumstances. What is not normal is the inaccurate and misleading narrative currently reflected on our Trustpilot page.The current reviews do not reflect our business, our ethics, or our 10-year track record. They are the result of a documented competitive attack.We have been actively working with Trustpilot to address this ongoing reputational harm. However, the platform’s response has been insufficient. The same gaps in policy and enforcement that allowed this exploitation to occur continue to allow it to persist.As a result, the original harm is being extended — long after the underlying issue has been resolved.While we are shipping orders on time and fulfilling all customer obligations, the false narrative has created unnecessary customer concern. This has led to increased sensitivity around routine shipping variables, escalated interactions for our Care team, and additional operational strain as we manually review patterns of inauthentic activity across platforms.This is not a reflection of our business. SCAMMERS! I ordered 2 shower caps for $86 on 5/31/22 and after a couple weeks, a emailed them asking about a tracking number. I contacted them 6/12/22, 8/25/22 and 9/15/22 asking for a tracking number or a refund and they jumped through hoops to keep my money. When I finally told them I wanted my money back once and for all, they ghosted me. Even their Instagram comments are turned off.

Same AWFUL experience as everyone else!! Ordered, they charged my card never received my item and they would not answer my emails!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They need ZERO stars!!

This business is a scam. Like many other here, I placed an order in June 2022 and have gotten nothing. No product nor refund. I have reached out many times and have gotten nothing but excuses. I even got a new order number in December 2022, and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Horror shhhow. Ordered via their promo around Thanksgiving 2022. Never received shipping info though they did charge my card. Sent email in mid-December asking for status. Received reply that I would receive shipping info in 48 hours. Still waiting for info in late January 2023. I have asked my cc company for refund, which they processed immediately.

Placed an order in August 2022. Emailed for a replacement in December 2022. As of 1/26/2023 I have not received a tracking number or the product. I emailed them for a refund but I expect I'm not going to get one. Everyone who made an order needs to report them to the BBB. Google needs to take their link down. This is 100% a scam. *Order received two or three months after this review in 2023. Edit: Wow they are deleting negative reviews! In regards to your condescending remarks, check the rest of your reviews, it's all the same. What is true is that I reacted out to YOUR TEAM multiple times in 2022/2023 in regards to my order an received nothing but automated responses that answered NONE of my questions in the actual emails. But I guess it's my fault I didn't have time to talk to your CEO when she called. Here's some more truth, I will never order from your company again. Best of luck cleaning up your image.

Seems Shhhowercap has completely collapsed and is not shipping any orders. Best thing to do is report them to Shopify. I can't post the link but Google search, "shopify report aup violation"

This company is 100% a scam. Even if you’ve ordered successfully from them before, be warned, DO NOT order from them again. I ordered a product advertised in stock in November and 2 months later they still haven’t shipped it. When I followed up they assured me they would ship it within 3-5 business days. This hasn’t happened. I asked for a refund in January, and now they will not respond to my emails. Do not waste your time with this company I promise it is not worth the headache.
