I ordered 4 shower caps in August 2022. It’s January 2023 and no product has ever been delivered. A string of unfulfilled promises & manipulative excuses about being “small but mighty”. Stay away from this company. February 20th. I am continuing to email, submit contact forms and use the website Chat function to demand a refund. They keep saying they can’t issue a refund and are in the process of putting this right. They have been doing this since August 2022. Excuse after excuse - and they are continuing to operate and take orders. Please do not order from this company.

I previously liked their product, but I placed an order in late October that I was immediately charged for but have yet to receive, with no explanation whatsoever. My interactions with their horrible customer service went as follows: - Nov 9: Asked for update, received immediate assurance they were "working on it" - Nov 24: Repeated request for update and was told the next day that it would be shipped in 72 hours - Dec. 1: requested to cancel - Dec. 22: message stating that "If you're receiving this email, it is to confirm that your order is still processing. You are the top priority for our team as we work to get as many orders out as soon as possible." and I would be a "VIP - forever more!" (as if I would ever order from them again) - Dec 23: assured they were "working on getting me a tracking number" The only way to leave a review on their site is through a google form, which presumably they vet. They have turned of comments on Instagram and that chat sends you to a different Google form. Clearly they know they can't deliver their product. ETA: I *finally* received my refund after tagging the owner, Jacquelyn, in a tweet. If you are still waiting, I recommend reporting them to the FTC, BBB, your state AG, and Shopify support. Also search Shhhowercap on Facebook to find other who've been scammed.

Placed an order about 5 months ago. Never received. Emailed them multiple time. Same reply each time. They apologize and say the order is being processed. DO NOT ORDER. Just another scam.

I ordered a shower cap from them in February 2022 and I am still trying to get a refund! My story sounds like a lot of others, never sent me me the product or any info on when I would get it. I am so pissed off at them, I have been emailing them dozens of times in the past year, if they ever do return my emails (which is rare) I get a response about how they are a female owned business so give them another chance. As if being a woman is an excuse to be terrible at business! I want a class action law suit to happen! They delete my comments on their Facebook and Instagram and never return my emails. THIS IS A SCAM!

Placed 2 separate orders in November for Christmas gifts. Still no answer when my products will ship. I have requested several times for them to give me the status. I was told that on of my orders was being processed but never received a confirmation that it shipped. I have asked how to get these canceled and my money back with no reply on how I can go about that.

I’m having the exact same experience as everyone else regarding ordering a product, never receiving it, and then getting the runaround via bogus emails and promises. However, the only reason I ordered from them recently is because I ordered a shower cap from them over 2 years ago with zero issues whatsoever. Something happened that turned this once normal business (with a great product) into a total clown show. Change of ownership maybe? Regardless, the company in its current state is a joke. Don’t dare give them your money - you’ll never receive a product and will have to resort to filing a claim with your CC company, like me.

Placed a order in Nov. 20th for a Christmas gift. Never got sent out. I started emailing around Dec. 20 with no reply. It is now Jan 2 and I've sent 5 emails with no reply. Money has already been taken out of my account and no one will refund it. I am out $56 and will never recommend or buy from this business again. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, and a SCAM no matter what the business says. When you take money from someone and don't provide what they purchase, its a scam any way you look at it!!

Never received product. Ordered on December 6th. I continue to receive a generic email stating that the item will ship in 3-5 business days. Now there are no responses. I finally had no choice but to dispute this charge through my credit card company. I even asked this company for a refund and no response. This is a total scam. Do not order from this company.
