My experience with ship and play was second to none. Kind, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful are just a few words I can describe. Pleasurable ecperience I would recommend to anyone.

This is such a great service idea
This is such a great service idea, so convenient! Customer service was excellent. My only issue is my bag wheel was damaged but that’s most likely due to the shipping company in travel.

Shipping process went well
Shipping process went well, however when I had to call customer service for answers they lady was really rude and not understanding. I spoke with a manager about it and he was nice. Otherwise would have given 5 stars

OMG-OUTSTANDING
It was communication from day one. All I had to do was receive preprinted luggage tags and place them on my luggage’s and wait for pick up…..Also, the online was easy for this none technical 68 of age senior!! Not sure why more people do not use this services. It is cheaper than airlines fees and extremely convenient. I travel often at least every 60 days and will never check luggage again at the airport…
