I've purchased at least 3 pair of race skis over the years from SkiEssentials.com and it's always been a pleasure doing business with them. I get great race gear at a great price with great service. Are the top sheets a few years old in some cases? Yup. Do I care? Nope! I had one pair show up with a slight manufacturing issue on the top sheet. They clearly missed the epoxy in a region during manufacturing and the top sheet was de-laminating ever so slightly because of that. I sent a few photos and they immediately shipped me a replacement pair and a return shipping label. Looking forward to purchasing more gear from this shop in the future. SkiEssentials is one of my favorite on-line ski shops and I've purchased a lot of ski gear from many shops, on-line and local.

It is rare to find a shopping experience that is not miserable. This company is awesome, and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, and they have a desire to help you find the right product for your uses. Fantastic service, great prices.

There's always great deals to be found online, customer service is prompt and they actually have folks who will answer the phone if needed. And their ski reviews are second to none, including a ridiculously extensive YouTube library.

I ordered XC skis and boots but I ordered the wrong boots to go with the skis. I called and they were very helpful with my return. I forgot all about my order. I send an email and they already swapped out my boots and sent them back. Fantastic service- I highly recommend this company!

As a newbie to cross country skiing, I was overwhelmed trying to research the different types of skis, boots, and bindings I would need. I came across a complete set on skiessentials.com's website, and used the chat-bot to ask a bunch of questions. Mike A. emailed me back the next day and was able to tell me exactly what sizes of everything I'd need, sending along sizing charts and informational material! He was super friendly and nice, also! I haven't yet received my ski kit, but I'm confident that I'm going to love them!

Bought a ski package for my wife recently and the folks over at ski essentials made the buying experience easy. I was able to talk with them and they provided recommendations for boots and skis. They were prompt and responsive through both phone and email. We are looking forward to breaking the new skis in this upcoming season.

Buying 2 full xc ski packages online (skis, boots, poles, bindings) is tough not being able to try them on. SkiEssentials made it beyond easy; I didn't know about sizing and was able to email them. They were currently updating their landing pages for more dropdowns with sizing but they were fast to respond. Purchased 2 full packages, received perfectly. Was able to exchange boots bc of a sizing issue at no problem; they even pulled the correct size aside until I sent back the wrong size. Would absolutely recommend; great customer service and great products.
