Medication issue after receiving
I contacted customer service regrading a medication issue during off business hours. Christian at Skinny Rx saw the abandoned call without a message and reached out to me to schedule a clinical call with a provider. He listened to my issue and was courteous and professional. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Weight Loss Accomplished!!!
I lost the weight I wanted! My medication was received promptly and I appreciate that I was able to reach to a care specialist if needed. I had a question about my subscription and Christian was very helpful, professional, friendly and just an overall pleasure to talk to. He answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before we hung up. I reached my goal weight a few months ago and have cut my intake back. By following a nutritious diet, exercise and becoming more knowledgeable with better eating habits, I have not put on any of the weight back on. Thank you for helping me become a healthier person!
