Carmelyn Baquido kindly let me know my payment method failed even though I received no notice from my bank. Because of this I was able to get my medication shipped on time after help updating my payment method.

Monica B was extremely helpful, kind, and she had a contagious upbeat energy. My only complaint about the whole experience was there was a span of 2 days where you guys had called me at least 30 times to update my payment, even though I had answered and spoken to the agents at least twice to inform them of this. This is none of the agents’ fault as I’m sure they were simply calling the person the computer told them to call, but I think maybe it was a data issue or something.
