I had a great experience with Sam, the customer service representative who assisted me over the phone. He was very kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He addressed all of my requests efficiently and made the process very easy. I truly appreciated his patience and excellent customer service.

SkinnyRx billed me for a month I didnt receive a shipment. I had asked for a pause in treatment and they still billed the $349 telling me that will be the payment for when I restart treatment. I have decided to stop treatment and they wont issue a full refund. They are only issuing 25%. You only end up talking to AI in the chat feature. Not a real person. It is wrong to bill for services you dont provide. I regret that I didnt use a local provider because when problems arise, you have no voice. Update 6/23/26 Skinny Rx called me and they are refunding the entire amount, which was $349. I am very thankful they made it right. I dont know where or how this came about as they were adamant they were only refunsing 25% nonetheless I am grateful for their reconsideration.

We do have processes in place around pause requests and billing that are outlined at enrollment, and our team works to apply them as fairly as possible. Mary was so easy to talk to and she was able to walk me through the process of changing my prescription which took under 5 minutes. I recommend asking for her when you call.
