I happened upon SmartCruiser.com while looking for a major online cruise company. I have found their pricing and additional perks better that the competition. I was put in touch with Patti Hernandez with SmartCruiser and she has been the best. I have booked around 10 cruises with them and have been very pleased. I have never had an issue with them regarding promised perks that weren't delivered. They have even come to bat for me when a cruise line was giving me a hard time while on board. One phone call and the apologies flowed from the cruise reception desk. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Watch for their special offers.

We’ve been using Smartcruiser for many years now, and don’t intend to stop anytime soon. The agent we use is always quick to respond to us, and doesn’t make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions. She gives us excellent service, it’s so nice to have an actual voice at the end of the phone.
