No complaints about quality, timing, or delivery. Great customer service. Really love how Smartpress is carbon neutral and gives back. In their words: "We believe we're inherently hardwired to work for something bigger than ourselves."

Erik Otto took care of my order in a timely fashion. He also took care of mocing up everything on to my door hangers. Very very much appreciate that service rep.

I have printed many brochures for my company that I design myself and they always come out beautiful . The proofing team is very on it and calls out anything that might be troubling . The chat system is nice and responsive to communicate with them. Prices are very reasonable for a very well done DIY brochure.
