Thank you for your review, you’re absolutely right to be frustrated, and we sincerely apologize for your experience. Printing the brochure incorrectly twice, especially after additional quality checks were communicated, is not the standard we hold ourselves to. We also understand your concern that the confirmation image did not match the final product, that should not have happened. While a full refund has been issued, we know that doesn’t make up for the impact on your event, and we’re truly sorry.
