We recently signed up with Smith Thompson Home Security. The technician was great and very patient with all my questions. They have great reviews and now I see why. Thank you for making our home feel more secure.

This company does an excellent job. I would highly recommend their security service. They are really easy to work with and it is nice to know they are overlooking my security system.

I had been with ADT the previous 4 years, and service kept getting worse, while price went up. I changed over to Smith Thompson and have been very impressed. The Technician kept their word and gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving at my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Things were installed quickly at a very affordable rate! I am very happy with the move.

I love their service! I used to use Smith Thompson when I lived in Dallas, and now using them here in San Antonio. Always a low price with fantastic service. Fortunately, in over 3 years of service, I've never had situation where alarm went off so no real life experience with their monitoring speed. However, setting up was easy. Their installation fees were reasonable (forgot that had a new door with no sensors), and no one beats their monthly monitoring fee. I highly recommend them.

Great company! Super responsive! They provide professional service at a very reasonable price. I have been using their service for about a year, and never had any issue with the service. When the alarm goes off, they always call promptly to check. I am very pleased with their service.

Never had an issue with the service. They call promptly to check when my alarm goes off and are helpful when I need to change a setting. The Pest service hasn't let me down either. They uphold their warranty.

Wow - not sure they could have been more helpful or responsive. No contract terms too. Easy to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time as well. System was explained and questions answered. Thanks!!
