I had previously been with another home security company (I'll keep it classy & won't mention names haha), but I'm so glad I made the switch to Smith Thompson. Smith Thompson made it easy for me to switch over with my existing alarm system. I saved a lot more with Smith Thompson but didn't give up any quality of service.

I highly recommend Smith Thompson! Shoot, my mother uses them, too! My aunt was the one who researched them & recommended their service to my mom. Note that my aunt doesn't mess around with nonsense; she wants good service at a good price! As a result, I didn't hesitate to use Smith Thompson when it was my turn to start "adult-ing" and hire a home security company. Besides them being the official home security for Dallas Mavericks (GO ROCKETS), you can't beat them; they have great ratings, great service (I'm sorry my boyfriend keeps opening the door once we set the alarm; I'm also annoyed), great price, and a great option to use the previous alarm equipment if compatible (no wasting which I love).

Making an appointment was simple and easy, even when I had to change the first appointment date. The CSR was very accommodating with my changes. They informed me the technician will call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician was great in communicating with me. His prior job kept him a little later than expected but he kept me informed through the entire process. I really appreciated that considering I had a birthday party to attend. The technician worked quickly and efficiently. He was in and out. Because of the delay, I was not charged for the additional pad. I have been happy with the company so far. I even have a technician coming out again next week for an upgrade.

Excellent customer service! We had ADT and recently switched to Smith Thompson after a friend recommended and we are so happy we did. Our technician was professional and went over all questions I had. The monthly pricing is affordable and there are no contracts.

I would recommend Smith Thompson Home Security to everyone. The alarm system helps put my mind at ease. I am very pleased from the initial sales call I placed to the friendly and knowledgeable technician who installed the system. The monthly rate is less expensive then leading competition.

Smith Thompson has been awesome! We had ADT for 10+ years and man do I wish I would have switched sooner. Super cool installation tech, great product, awesome customer service, you can't go wrong with this company. Highly recommended!

Awesome company and highly recommended. I was very impressed with Smith Thompson. The technician was early and did a very thorough job (he even cleaned up after himself). He made sure I was comfortable with the system before he left. I paid in advance for a year and the monitoring is about $15.50 + tax per month.
