I would recommend Smith Thompson to a friend or neighbor. Their work is stellar--from my first call to them, to the technician installing the system, and everything in between. Nothing but efficiency and professionalism. Excellent company!

Great service; no contracts, and a faster response time if a burglary were to happen in our home. Thanks!

Going with Smith Thompson was a no brainer. The price is the best in the market (Dallas Ft. Worth) for monitoring and there is no contract. I have always had a good experience when calling customer service.

Smith Thompson is a great company to work with. They understand what customer service is. I made the switch from ADT, and they made the process extremely easy. Everyone I worked with was excellent. If you are on the fence, go ahead and make the change.

Over a year ago, our family became clients of Smith Thompson Home Security and we've been very impressed with their security system and customer service. They were recommended by a friend years ago but we were nervous switching from a company with which we had a long-standing relationship. Our fears were misplaced as their service is even more reliable since it is cellular-based. We feel very confident in their company and highly recommend Smith Thompson Home Security.

I had always seen the signs in neighbors' yards, so once I received a great promotional setup rate, I pulled the trigger. Great service, great price, small company feel. No complaints and looking forward to the future savings! Lastly, the app is more simple to use than ADT's.

Smith Thompson's technician was very courteous and professional. Switched our alarm over with no hiccups. With our previous company we were paying an outrageous amount and they never called when the alarm went off. Smith Thompson has a great value for a great price!

We shopped around to find a new alarm company and settled on Smith Thompson after hearing from a family member who had joined. It was the best choice ever and just wish I had made the move sooner. We were scheduled quickly, and when the tech came out the transition process was super easy and fast. Not only did we end up with an alarm company that actually works we also ended up cutting our monthly bill in half and the fact that there is no contract means we're never going to be surprised with any hidden fees.
