Smith Thompson was great about getting my old alarm system from 2002 set up and running with modern equipment. I had a glitch after the install and they sent a tech out the next day and fixed the problem no charge. I am really happy with the price and the service! Cody Johns

We relocated to Montgomery County Tx. in Sept. 2016. I read many reviews and decided on Smith/Thompson Security. My first call was to inquire and set up installation. The tech arrived on time, professional and very personable and had us up and running in no time. My husband set the alarm off a few days later accidentally and we received a call within five minutes. We are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of this company compared to previous experiences.

As a single woman living alone in an older home, Smith Thomson home security has made me feel safe. We recently switched from 20 years of ADT to Smith Thompson. Our install went awesome. Shawn was on-time, extremely polite, informative, and very personable. We have only had service for a week, but it seems to good to be true so far. We are very pleased and wish we had that extra $40 a month we had been sending to ADT for the past 20 years.
