I just moved and brought my wireless Uplink with me and the tech was great. Have had them almost 2 yrs and the few false alarms I've had; they call right away. They just feel more personable vs the bigger companies I've had in the past. Their rate is very good for the service they deliver. Hope they keep their rates down and the service up :-)

We switched to Smith Thompson for their great rates, customer service, and wireless product. We are very happy with our experience so far. The sales person was great and explained the product thoroughly. Our installer came on time and finished the job very quickly. He was very careful to check out the existing system to make sure it was compatible and functioning properly.

We just moved to Texas from Chicago and didn't have any idea about any of the security firms. Our realtor's Concierge service recommended a security firm with all the bells and whistles. I knew who the previous owner used and I also knew what she was paying and the difference and the price was considerably more affordable. We did not need all the bells and whistles. Since the house was already set up for Smith Thompson, the initial visit went very fast. Our technician, Shawn, was very thorough though, making sure that everything was working as it should be. He clearly explained everything we need to know and we are very satisfied that we went with this company. Since we have moved in, I have met many people that also use this company and are very satisfied as well.

Have only had dealings with two employees so far, the first was Adam the sales representative, I had called about a month earlier and when I called again he remembered everything from the first conversation (amazing). Shawn the install technician was a pleasure. He was very professional and converted my system quickly and was extremely knowledgeable with what he was doing, a quality quite comforting for a security company to have.

We've had Smith Thompson into homes now and the service has been fantastic. Even when moving homes...they made the transition seamless. Fortunately, no alarms so far, but very impressed with their representatives -- both on the phone, and the the fellow who came to install the system. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We were with another company before and wish we had switched sooner.
