This company and the first wig I received was absolutely beautiful! The customer service is great as they go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. They are polite and professional. Going forward, I will only order wigs from Spellbound!

The color didn't match the sample shown but I love the style of the wig. Sherri was very helpful to me as we tried to find a suitable color. In fact she was above and beyond helpful. Thanks Sherri!!

Hi Patricia! We do recognize that it can be hard to choose colors when shopping online. The manufacturers do their best to try and accurately portray the colors in the swatches they provide, but unfortunately colors can look different on different screens and devices which can make it more difficult. If you reach out to us before you order next time we are happy to try and help you make sure you are selecting a color you will love. We want you to 100% love your hair! If we can be of further assistance please reach out anytime! Thank you so much for shopping with us!
