This was my first order with them, however I have been ordering Wigs for years. My order got misplaced in the shipping process(it ships directly to me from the manufacturer) so I reached out to Sherri at Spellbound because USPS was useless. She responded to me within a few hours, then reached out to the manufacturer to figure out where my order was and got it located. She kept in contact with me through the process and within days I had my hair. AMAZING customer service!! I will definitely order from them again.

I recently purchased a wig from Spellbound Wigs, and I am beyond thrilled with my purchase. The quality of the wig is exceptional, with soft, realistic-looking hair that feels just like my own. The customer service was also fantastic - the staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I appreciated the variety of styles available, and how easy it was to find a wig that suited my needs. Overall, I would highly recommend Spellbound Wigs to anyone in the market for a high-quality wig that looks and feels amazing.
