Sheri always makes sure to send my wig purchases to the shop where I can pick it up in my town. She will go out of her way if necessary and is the Sweetest person you ever will do business with, yet smart and professional!!!

I had a great experience. I’m new to wig wearing and spellbound wigs has great pricing and a reasonable return policy. It is hard to match color/style in the beginning. I appreciate the flexibility with returns so you can find the right wig for you.

I bought this new Mellow wig off a Facebook live sale of this company. Sheri is great about showing us the wig, cap construction and thoughts about fit and feel of the fibers. It was shipped right away and arrived in perfect condition wrapped thoughtfully in tissue paper.
