This company has timely answers to questions on line and I believe it was the owner who actually called me to discuss my project! Congratulations in this age of dealing with AI idiots everywhere else. Product is amazing. Timely delivery. Plus I am not an expert in this field but the help I was given was amazing.

We received our flat black balusters individually wrapped in cushion & bubble wrap, yet every one had paint damage that showed bright metal where damaged. Now I have to source a flat black paint to touch-up these spots. And no, this damage didn't occur while unwrapping by us.
