Would have earned a higher rating if an email was sent when the product shipped. Also, shipping company didn't knock on the door when making delivery, and left package outside the door.

Before ordering a suitcase, I called the company to make sure it would be delivered within a week. I was quoted a delivery date of no later than the following Wed. (approx. one week) and received my purchase the Saturday prior to that. This is good service!

Even with horrible snow and closures I called to see if a gift I ordered would make it for Valentine's day. They rush shipped it and it was here right on time! I would recommend this company 100%. Always a great quality product

Called a number of times. Kept telling me it would be shipped. Was going on trip out of the country. Had to cancel order and purchase locally.

I placed an order, but never received a shipping conformation. It was 9 days later that I received an email stating that my item was back ordered. My order was suppose to be shipped directly from the manufacture, but apparently, they never notified suitecase.com. I would think it's up to suitecase.com to work out these details. Disappointed with my experience.

This is really a hight quality piece of merchandise. I believe it is comparable in quality to about any on the market. The price from Trustpilot was by far the best that I could find and I would urge you to get one. You won't be dissapointed!
