My shipping notice got caught in my spam filter, so I had to call customer support. I got a guy who knew what he was talking about without ever once being put on hold. Imagine that, good old-fashioned customer service. THe suitcase was cheaper than on Amazon, and came as quickly. No complaints.

Spent a lot of time researching the web looking for the right price on four pieces of Samsonite luggage. Gave up on a few retailers because of the negative reviews. Best price I could find was at Suitcase.com. Called to make sure they had the items in stock and was assured they did. Ordered online. All items were delivered about four business days after ordering...in perfect condition. Would not hesitate for a moment ordering from this company again.

I ordered a rolling tote for a business trip I am taking very soon. The bag was shown as stock and I placed the order and then......nothing. I've called once, and emailed a number of times and all the reps have been quite nice, no problems there. Apparently the bag ships direct from Samsonite and they had just gotten a shipment in from China and now it's just a matter of time before they do. Well it's about 4 or 5 days later and the status is still "processing" which means it has not shipped. It is what it is but I really just need the bag.
