I Bought an Italian Leather Wallet for my Husband's Christmas gift. I got it Monogramed & and it is very Classy looking. He totally loves it. Right size for his needs . I will definitely be shopping again!!!!

Very impressed with their service. Dropped off my Pathfinder 26" Rolling Suitcase at their Sudbury MA store to have the main compartment zipper repaired. I thought I would need a new one, but Becky said the current zipper can be restiched and that it would cost around $60. I was there around 11am on Dec 24, 2013. On the way home I finished some Chrismas shopping and received a call from Brett's that day at 5pm saying my repair was done, cost was $60 and it's ready for pickup! Becky is very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable re: repairs and accessories. Will return again soon. I highly recommend Brett's and Becky!

Great price for the Boyt Edge luggage. I ordered by phone, got an immediate email confirmation. Very pleasant experience. I would give them 5 stars, but I did not get a shipping confirmation and had to call to find out when my luggage was coming.

The only reason I did not give five stars is that I placed an order, but the item was ultimately not available. I did receive a quick and pleasant note to that effect. I would definitely look here again to purchase luggage.

I had ordered a suitcase and had to return it . Not the right color or the case I had Ordered. Then I found your company in a search it was getting close to Xmas But you said it would arrive on a certain date in plenty of time for Xmas and it Did. Also it was a better suitcase exactly what I wanted and same price of the One I returned. Also your communication with e mail was great. I had never ordered from Suitcase.com before and I was completely pleased with the service, ease of ordering, the rapid delivery, and the quality of the merchandise. They were beautifully packed for shipment and everything went without a hitch. I would recommend them and I will order from them again!

I was very happy to find the exact suitcases I was looking for, with each size I needed stocked. The prices were quite good when comparing to other sites and stores. I selected the color based on the picture shown.....a bright turquoise color that would indeed stand out on the luggage carousel. However, when the cases arrived and I opened the boxes, I was surprised to see a very ordinary darker blue. I thought for sure the wrong ones were shipped, but the boxes were marked correctly. I was very disappointed as I would have selected a different color, but returning 3 large cases would have been too much trouble and costly.
