Only thing I can say it took over a week to get the case, it took 1 1/2 wks, but over all very happy with what I received. Everything I expected! Very good guality I would go to this site again.

I ordered a lightweight suitcase, something that could be easily put in the overhead of airplanes and that had roller-blade wheels. The whole description of the suitcase on the website was so well done, that I was not surprised by anything when the suitcase came in. It truly is lightweight and can easily be lifted into the overhead. The suitcase came in so quickly and without any hassle. I will definitely order from them whenever I need another suitcase.

Recently I ordered a carry on in brown from Suitcase.com. I eagerly awaited its arrival only to be informed after a few days that my requested carry on had been oversold and was no longer available. In the interim I ordered from another website a coordinating monogrammed bag in brown. Now I have that bag but no carry on. Suitcase.com should have warned me of low availability of the item I was ordering.

I bought a wheeled suit bag. When I received it, it was not exactly what I had envisioned from the picture on-line. That is nobody's fault. However, when attemting to return the product, I Learned that it was going to cost $75 shipping to make the return. Clearly, this did not make sense, so I am stuck with and unsatisfactory product. As I said, I am not faulting anyone, but would never buy another suitcase on-line!

I just rec'd my Delsey 21" Suiter- Carry-On this week, so I have not as yet been able to try it out! But just as promised it easily spins 360 and effortlessly rolls forward when lightly pushed! Also, it is made of Ballistic Nylon which is known to be the best material for long-time use! I love the cool double-spinner-wheels and can't wait to try them out when rolling my case nearly hands-free down the aisle to my seat on the airplane! I previously used a Briggs&Riley 21" Carry-On with two-wheels that was very difficult to drag behind me down that skinny plane aisle without bumping into seats and people. However, my B&R had a much bigger main compartment, so I am anxious to see whether all the pockets on this Delsey plus its expandable feature, will translate into just as much capacity!!
