Case and warranty replacement
I got this case originally on Amazon. The panel covering the hinge broke in about a month. I contacted support and they were incredibly helpful. Once proof of purchase and a couple pictures were sent, they sent me a replacement free of charge, even sending a newer version. Communication was clear, concise, consistent and reliable.
