The quality of the Samsung 25 Ultra holder is good quality. I was just surprised the clip broke. But you didn't give me a hassle about replacing it and that kind of loyalty to your product and customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated. I know I was within the warranty window my question is what is the clip break again? And the first broke less than a year. This will be my only concern. Ps I recently purchased one for my wife a few weeks ago and she loves it.

Dropped phone case when I was on a walk with my dog, only one month in to having it. Corner of the plastic frame chipped already and broke off. Update: SUPCase reached out same day and facilitated the warranty process. Knowing that, it makes it a lot more worthwhile to get these and I would absolutely purchase again. That said, I wouldn’t get the one with the built in screen cover. I’ve dropped my phone with only the Zagg glass (blue screen) screen protector and it hasn’t cracked like the Supcase did when I tripped that one time

I've had supcases on all my apple product. But I got an S26 paid a bunch of money for the case. And the paint chips e z I have to handle it like it's a delicate flower.
