So glad you are in the business of being there for handicapped people.if it were not for you our daughter would not be able to go to family functions. Just wish you had a place closer to Plainfield. Stephanie is very helpful and very nice. Have recommended you to several people at the nursing home.just wish more could afford to use your service. Thank you

I have been taking my wheelchair van to superior in Louisville for many years now. Mostly it has been for maintenance or things that have broken or ceased to function. I have not had much luck with superior in this area. In fact I don't think I remember a single time that they actually fixed something for me. Now they did replace a lift in my Ford van a few years ago and for the most part did a good job. However, on at least five occasions they have told me that something could not be repaired. I came back home and had a buddy pull the van into his garage -- where he fixed it like new. I love the people at superior, however they tend to fix things by replacing parts. Sometimes those parts are no longer available or they can't find them. If that is the case they make very little effort to compensate some other way. They simply say, well we can't fix it. Right now my power sliding door (E150) is malfunctioning. I guess I'll give Superior another chance. I am confident that they will get it right this time.

Please know that we will make every effort to repair a mobility part if we feel that repair is an option considering the safety and best interest of the customer. You are correct, on older pieces of equipment (15+ years) there are times when parts are no longer available and we are no longer able to safely repair them. I shopped a competitor that we had been dealing with for over 25 years just before visiting Superior. Superior was the all around best. They had the best selection, superior products, superior knowledge and great hospitality. They were able to find a van not only equipped the way I wanted, but in my price range. My sons wheelchair was a little on the large side, so the tie down configuration needed adjustments. They made the adjustments to our satisfaction with no problem. I would not only recommend Superior, but would buy there again without hesitation.

Good advice during selection and evaluation of disability Van. Full discussion of pros and cons of purchase. All systems were fully explained, and unfamiliar systems were carefully explored. Yearly service was relatively easy to accomplish, and helpful in maintaining equipment in top condition. On one occasion, discount was not given because it was not requested prior to service. (I was not aware that it had to be requested prior to service.) When it came time to sell the Van, I contacted the employee that was suggested, and after looking at the vehicle, an offer was made that was significantly below the estimated value. The Van was sold on the open market for significantly more than what was offered at Superior. Over all, a good experience, and if I had it to do again, I would go to Superior Van and Mobility.

In the process of finding the right match for my needs, they were eager to do research and find the answers. Always greeted on phone and in person with a smile and what I felt to be a welcomed customer. Not just a number! Service department was informative and always helpful without reservations. No question or problem too small to be answered or done with any remarks or negative actions. 5 stars are well earned!
