Great facility and people. Would have gave 5 stars but a little pricey. It has cost me a min. of $1000 each for the last 4 trips to Superior Van. 3 service trips and one rental. Excellent service, just pricey!

We have now bought or converted three vans through the Louisville location. They have helped us find the most affordable options, but most importantly have worked extensively with my daughter who has spastic quadriplegia to make all modifications necessary for her to safely drive her own van. It has opened a world of opportunities for her that she would never have had otherwise. Whenever she has a question or problem, they are great about helping her over the phone whenever possible. Everyone there takes pride in helping those with mobility challenges lead full and rewarding lives. More than one of the technicians had tears in their eyes the first time my daughter drove her van out of the parking lot! She drove 3 hours each way for college and now drives herself to work and wherever she wants to go. She has now been driving for 7 years and over 50,000 nukes.We can't thank them or recommend them highly enough!

My van has provided great mobility for my work. The location for service is extremely difficult off of a very busy interstate. The distance from my home is a day trip and there is no closer location. I would like their maintenance service but dread the trip and traffic.
