You should be able to review and edit your AI-generated cover letter before submitting, and the password reset link should allow you to get back into your account. It sounds like you may have run into a technical issue or an unclear step in our application flow, especially around finishing an application on desktop. We’re a job search and application assistant: we surface roles from employers and trusted partners, help candidates tailor materials, and (when possible) streamline applying to the employer’s site. We don’t create fake postings, and we remove listings that appear stale or invalid as soon as we detect them or users flag them. It’s true that many employers don’t send rejection emails, especially on high-volume roles. While we can’t control an employer’s response process, we are continually improving our job freshness, relevance, and de-duplication—and your feedback helps us prioritize that work. As for the team: we’re a small, remote company that also works with contractors, so not everyone keeps a public LinkedIn profile. That said, your trust matters far more than our profiles. You can check the hiring company's career to verify every single job posting, and we only keep posts active if the hiring company is still accepting applicants. While your own personal data is used to customized your own cover letters and resumes, none of that data is used to train models or in any other way other than for your own personal use as stated in our Privacy Policy.
