Hi Charles — yes, we’ve heard from customers who landed jobs after using Swooped. But I don’t want to pretend the platform can guarantee that. We help people find roles, tailor their resumes and cover letters, and keep applications organized. The hiring decision still belongs to the employer. If you try it, I’d judge it by whether the jobs and application materials are genuinely useful for you before committing longer term.

Hi there, Thank you for letting us know about the issues you ran into, and I’m sorry they disrupted your search. What we’ve fixed (within one business day of your report): 1. Remote‑only filter – An edge‑case categorization bug let a handful of hybrid/on‑site roles slip through. The filter logic was patched yesterday and we’ve re‑indexed affected listings so only true remote roles appear. 2. Professional summary save – A caching error prevented edited summaries from persisting. This was resolved yesterday afternoon, and you should now be able to regenerate, edit, and save without any hiccups. Please log out and back in (or hard‑refresh) to pick up the changes. If anything still looks off, just email [email protected] or use the in‑app chat and we’ll jump on it right away.

Hi Joshua, Unfortunately we don't have full control over how companies decide to post jobs on the system, but there are ways to use our search filtering system to better optimize your results. I'd be happy to jump on a call and help you optimize things. Just email [email protected] and we will set things up.

Hi James, Our resume optimizer will suggest accomplishments and quantifiable achievements that are targeted to the role you are applying for to give you the best chance of landing an interview. We always recommend that you review the suggestions and update stats with numbers that make sense for your past experience. You can also revert any suggested bullet point changes with just a click

Hi Angelo, thank you for the feedback. We are working to add more resume templates soon. Also regarding the bullet points from your base resume. Our default optimization mode keeps only the most impactful bullet points depending on the job you are applying for, but you can go to Document Settings (https://app.swooped.co/user/document-settings), and select "Comprehensive Experience" to have all bullet points kept on your resume
