These filters always arrive quick and on time. Sylvane makes it easy to order on line, and especially easy to set-up auto ship so I never forget to order them. Very affordable filters that I've come to rely on.

I had just purchased a Guardian Air Cleaner and wanted to be sure that I had back up filters. Sylvane had the very best price and the entire purchase was seamless.

We are sleeping a lot better since receiving and installing our Austin Air Purifier. I had a bout of bronchitis and it has really helped my breathing and sleeping.

I've rated Sylvane before and always 100%. I made a mistake on this order which they were quick to correct when I contacted them and filters arrived 2 days later. Thanks!

It was easy to use Sylvane's website and find the exact fan that I needed. Delivery was on-time and I have had no problems with the product.

I ordered a decorative light/vent fan for our bathroom. I checked other sites and Sylvane had the exact color and style I wanted, at a lesser price! I was a quite nervous to order, as I needed the fan in three days so our contractor could finish up. Another site I use often had the same light, wrong color, at $30 more (but I knew I would get it). I had no idea if I could trust this new company to deliver at all, or when they said they would or if the product would be as described (we've all had bad experiences at one time or another.) Sylvane's site offered free shipping over $45, a 30-day money back guarantee, is a Top 1000 online shop, BBB and many other positives, including being based in the USA (check it out)! Since I am trying to do more direct ordering from small businesses, I took a gamble and paid for my light. I was immediately sent a receipt and received a tracking email as soon as it was shipped, (within two hours!) and I was able to check with FedEx daily. It arrived on time, three days later (even though we live in the boonies). I was completely shocked at how well packaged the light was, and it is absolutely beautiful, even better than expected. I will be definitely be ordering from Sylvane again. Happy customer! :)
