TextRequest makes it so easy to communicate with employees and clients - especially for group messaging! Being able to schedule texts in advance is one feature that we use a lot, and it's nice knowing we can schedule reminders in advance. The only thing missing is the ability to edit contact numbers.

The Text Request team has been extremely helpful. Kami Rowe has gone above and beyond. We really appreciate all the effort on the onboarding process.

Great service. Good product and price point. Transition from Zip whip (with Farmers) was rough. Not all the functionality and migration was able to take place and was not vetted properly on the front side.

We received a notice that our then current service, ZipWhip, was shutting down and that we needed to change to a new vendor. Text Request was the only one we could import our data to. It was very easy to get switched over. It took less than 5 minutes. And, it saved us money.
