Great service!

My office likes EVERYTHING about Text Request. The platform, ease, simplicity, the updates, the ever evolving changes, the customer service. This is a great company and having a texting platform has been an EPIC game changer for our operations. The service itself is 5 stars. I had to deduct a star because the pricing is just too high. I've done some comparative estimates with other companies and Text Request is so significantly higher. The reason I haven't switched? I simply haven't figured out which direction I want to go in. With a heavy heart I say there is no other option for me in the near future, not with the pricing of the other systems out there. I will eventually be moving on from Text Request simply because of the pricing. But again the product itself is stellar.
