We find that when we reach out for major interruptionw to the sending of messages we get delayed responses and not a lot of details on the issue. Your product seems more like a self serve and figure it out product.

Amazing Support
The best thing about this program is being able to import all of your contacts. I used the ZipWhip migration tool as well as imported from .csv files. They have a support person dedicated to your account as well as a tech support team that you can text. Overall this program is very user friendly. Even the older people in the office that are old school can use this!
