The Novelry is the fiction writing school for serious writers.Through expert courses, one-to-one coaching with bestselling authors, and a vibrant global community, we guide writers along a clear, structured path from first idea to a finished, submission-ready novel.Founded by Booker Prize-listed author Louise Dean, The Novelry brings together bestselling writers and editors from Big Five publishers including Penguin Random House. Our programs combine professional editorial insight with structured guidance, giving writers the craft, confidence and support needed to complete their books.A note on our submissions service. We introduce manuscripts to our partner literary agencies at no cost and take no commission, and we do it by invitation only — when a manuscript is ready for the commercial market. Every member is eligible and no purchase buys a submission; the invitation depends on the manuscript alone. We hold that line deliberately, because our agents' trust is what makes the introduction worth having. It also means most writers are told "not yet" at least once, and some are disappointed by that. We'd rather be honest about the standard than lower it.Writers join The Novelry to learn the craft properly.More at www.thenovelry.com**Connect with The Novelry**Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thenovelryInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thenovelry/X (Twitter): https://x.com/thenovelryYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheNovelry

Joining The Novelry is the best thing I have ever done for my writing. The courses are quality, the support both warm and effective. My novel is now in editing before submission to agents and I have learned so much. Highly recommend.

It's an excellent course, full of inspiration, encouragement and engagement to take your writing to the next level. I believe I have improved my writing more in the last couple of months than I have in several years. I've never written with such consistency, and it feels like I opened a flood gate.

I've been struggling to write my novel for years now, and this course (along with the amazing staff, tutors, and fellow writers) helped me to not only get it out but also to improve the story and characters to the next level. Doing a lesson each day was much easier than I had expected, and writing each day became a habit without much effort. Absolutely worth every penny, and I can't wait to continue onto the next course! :)

The Novelry changed me from someone-who-likes-to-write into a writer. The in-depth courses are well-structured, the tutors are experienced and genuinely want to help you reach your writing goals, and the community is supportive, engaged and welcoming. You will not only find the tools and knowledge you need to be a writer at The Novelry, you will also find a group of people who will help you find your voice and give you the confidence to use it.

Following the Ninety Day Novel Course has been a joy from start to finish. I am now halfway through a first draft of a novel - had I followed all the advice about the daily routine I would have finished it, but the course has left me equipped with the knowledge I need to get it done, and the support and determination to do it. The course material is varied and inspiring, the tutors always helpful and encouraging and you get to know a friendly, supportive community of other writers along the way. Fantastic.

The Novelry is the right combination of theory and practical advice, thought experiments and practical exercises. Ever wish you could have your favorite writer walk you through how to write and publish a book? Well, you can't have that...but The Novelry may just be better! Each lesson left me reeling. Idea after idea flowed out of my mind, and later lessons would help me pick and choose elements for my story. Worth every penny!
