HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This has honestly been one of the WORST shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order on the 18th specifically for a birthday, expecting my product to arrive on time, and I STILL have not received it. The tracking information has been stuck on “Label Created” with no actual USPS updates, leaving me completely in the dark about where my order is or whether it was even shipped. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of an actual resolution. Instead of receiving my purchase as expected, I’m stuck dealing with delays, excuses, and uncertainty about when—or if—I’ll ever receive my product. A birthday gift is time-sensitive, and the fact that I ordered in advance only to be left disappointed is completely unacceptable. The company’s response was essentially that they are “working with USPS” and that I might receive a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. Why should I have to wait around for a refund for a product I paid for but never received? I shouldn’t have to chase down a company just to get what I paid for or get my money back. This entire situation has been incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and frustrating. I trusted this company with my money and had a specific occasion in mind, and they completely let me down. If I could give this company ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Think twice before ordering if you need your product by a certain date, because my experience has been absolutely terrible. I expected much better customer service and reliability, and I got neither. I am still waiting for my refund, and this experience has completely ruined my confidence in this company. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, USPS experienced a delay, and despite our continuous efforts to follow up with the carrier, we were informed that the original package was lost. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we promptly reshipped your order. According to the updated USPS tracking information, the replacement package has now been delivered: https://tools.usps.com/tracking/9239590376150435416644 Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by USPS, and we cannot directly control its transit or scanning updates.
