Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're very sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologize that your CK One arrived without the plastic wrap. In some cases, fragrance manufacturers do not seal certain products with cellophane, or the outer wrap may be removed during our quality inspection to ensure the correct item is being shipped. We understand this can be unexpected, especially if you're used to receiving fragrances with a sealed box. We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us improve. If you have any concerns about the product, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team with your order number—we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you for your support, and we hope to provide you with an even better experience on your next order.
