I couldn't remember my password, so I went online and filled out the password email reset option on the website. I then got an email that said I needed to call live support instead. I called and was on hold for over 10 minutes, only to be told they couldn't help me reset my password (only a provider can do this). They know the email that tells you to call to reset your password exists and creates confusion, but apparently, they can't be bothered to fix it. This is unconscionable for a company that is serving clients seeking mental health support. DO BETTER.

We think TherapyNotes is a very solid system for a new practice. The price is very competitive especially when you are getting started. As we started to grow and add more clinicians we realized that TN was lacking features we needed. To be fair TN is always enhancing the platform but just doesn't have enough as you grow. There support team is very helpful and easy to work with. Overall a positive experience with TN.

In a world where customer services skills are dying, TherapyNotes representatives bring it back to life! I call their support A LOT (sorry, clearly your amazing videos are not enough for my slow brain), and I am only met with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Seriously, I don't know what happy tea these guys are drinking, but they are always so understanding, patient with me, and bring a funny lightheartedness to the conversation. Hands down, TherapyNotes is the BEST!

Therapy Notes does an excellent job with their Customer Service! I spoke with Olivia today and presented two questions which she quickly solved for me. She was pleasant, informed, and helpful!

TherapyNotes can't be beat for their exceptional customer service. They welcome client feedback and, in the past year, have made significant improvements in their client portal, screener tools, intake process, and they are working on a few billing improvements as well.
