Fantastic customer service! I was inattentive and ordered a wrong phone case (the plus size). After just few days of my e-mail I got an answer and they ensure me to send me a replacement at no cost!

Had a problem with the first product I received and ended up losing the glasses from the case. Emailed customer service and told them I wasn’t sure if it was an issue with the case or just user error, and they immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked. Great customer service and also a great product despite the problem we had with it. Thanks Thinoptics!!

It has been nearly 4 weeks and my replacement glasses still haven’t even shipped yet. They at first told me they shipped but they haven’t. Mistake or integrity? Then they don’t follow up. System issues or integrity? Then they say they’re contacting warehouse to expedite and nothing happens. Confusion or integrity challenged? To boot they don’t reply to any direct correspondence but they jump all over a review. Integrity challenged??? All I want is the replacement glasses I paid for to ship. And in a month it hasn’t happened. Not a lot to ask for. Buyer Beware. Ps I don’t fault the poor customer service rep. Some one running this place is making conscious decisions. They should be ashamed.
